At Pratt Institute my major was in computer animation, and three dimensional virtual modelling was a major aspect of that. With this virtual sculpture of mine entitled "Drive" I wanted to conceive a provocative form, which invokes a strong sense of sexuality. My original intent was the unification of an aerodynamic piercing phallic form combined with the shapes of a woman's luscious curved torso. While all viewers appear to recognize the sexuality inherently obvious in this Drive sculpture, each individual seems to perceive the form differently from varying perspectives. Therefore a person's personality and mood appears to shape their own interpretation of how they first behold the Drive sculptue.
